William brings together business ownership, commercial experience and hands-on systems development, with experience across all three since 2012. Running an international procurement business has given him direct experience of managing customers, suppliers, enquiries, orders and the demands of international operations. He understands the pressures of making decisions, serving clients and keeping work moving when much of the responsibility rests with the owner.

His early technology work included designing websites, supporting recurring clients and managing hosting and email infrastructure. He moved into operational systems development through the practical need for tools that could support a business beyond simply recording information, developing applications around real workflows, responsibilities and decisions.

Building systems for his own business and other organisations taught William that writing code alone does not create an effective operation. Developing a solution for a nationwide building-control provider deepened his experience of connecting records, scheduling, communication, invoicing and reporting, while working closely with the people who depended on those processes.

That experience shapes his approach to client requests. William asks why something needs to work a particular way, explores the underlying process and helps clients consider alternatives. He particularly enjoys working with people who can see an opportunity but are unsure how to make it practical.

His development experience spans operational systems, web applications, integrations and AI-assisted development. At Altiora, he combines that technical capability with commercial judgment to help clients decide what to improve, connect or build—and turn those decisions into working tools.

Emilia brings experience in finance operations, audit-related work, process analysis and controls, with a focus on the processes and information that support effective business operations.

Through audit-related work, Emilia developed an eye for detail alongside the ability to understand how individual records and activities connect across an organisation. She became skilled at documenting systems and processes, tracing information between sources and identifying gaps that needed to be questioned or tested.

Running her own practice broadened her experience of working directly with clients and understanding their needs. Her subsequent finance operations work brought her closer to the day-to-day workings of a business: designing processes, addressing weaknesses in controls and helping people perform their roles more effectively.

That experience shaped Emilia’s focus on creating processes and information that people can rely on. She looks at whether responsibilities are clear, controls are effective and information supports sound decisions and planning. She also identifies gaps where revenue can be lost and opportunities to improve operational performance.

At Altiora, Emilia works closely with clients to understand their strengths, challenges and ambitions. She brings analytical depth to diagnosing problems and opportunities, shaping improvements that strengthen the operation and provide a dependable basis for new capabilities.
